Meet The Team

Established by Louisa and Liz, two working Mums who have both worked within the Childcare sector for over 17 years.

 

Cheshire Bees Childcare is made up of a highly qualified, creative and an energising fun team, ready to help YOUR special day run as smoothly as possible.

 

We are passionate about working with children. We are all DBS checked, with a wealth of experience, emergency and paediatric first aid trained and are fully insured.

 

Liz

 

I have a wealth of experience in early years and childcare. I have worked for over fifteen years with children from 0-5 and also with children with additional needs up to the age of 11. I have experience as a designated safeguard lead and I am highly qualified within speech and language.

I am hands on at Cheshire Bees and absolutely love a good wedding and seeing those happy little faces.

It’s more of a passion than a job!

My first job in childcare was being a mum. Working in offices I never felt happy or contented but 10 years ago I decided to retrain gaining my NVQ diploma level 3 in children and young people and since then have never looked back. Working in early years for over 9 years gaining some valuable experience and qualifications as health and safety manager and deputy designated safeguard lead.
Last year I ended up coming out of my comfort zone and I am now working with our beloved teenagers supporting children with additional needs.
Echoing what Liz said, supporting children and seeing them happy is never a job it’s a pleasure and there’s nothing more gratifying than seeing your VIPs having an amazing time enjoying your special day.

I love a good wedding, enjoy lots of fun and laughter with a boogie in the mix, a Cheshire Bees requirement!
